About this piece
Lions are a symbol of courage. There is a reason why these large cuddly cats are nicknamed "King of the Jungle." They are beautiful, but they are fierce. They aren't afraid to stand up to creatures three times their size. They boldly protect their pride. Proverbs tells us that we can have that same boldness no matter what we face as we walk through this life. Whenever I look at this picture I'm reminded that this boldness lives in me even when I feel incompetent or afraid.
